Our nurses are integral to providing excellent care. Through mentoring and ongoing internal training programs, we ensure that each nurse is equipped to provide high-quality services. All nurses are required to pass a background check and drug screening before hire.
Nurse Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- At least a high school diploma or GDA certification
- Pass a background check
- Possess a smartphone for clocking in/out through mobile apps
Our Ideal Nurse
- 1+ years experience in home care field
- Love for the senior community
- Good communication skills
- A strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior
- A compassionate, upbeat attitude
- Ability to lift at least 60kg
- Work on a 12-hour shift Day / Night, stay duty shift
- Our ideal candidates would be available to work an average of 30 hours per week and be able to travel to various cities based on skill set and available shifts.

- Supervising overall care on a regular basis
- Providing assistance with activities of daily living
- Assisting with personal care
- Assisting with exercise and mobility
- Reminding clients to take medications
- Keeping records
- Escorting clients to appointments
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Providing respite care
- Assisting clients with confusion, disorientation, or mental health issues
