The quality/skills/professionalism of the staff is top notch - whether sale & relationship rep (Promilla/Taranjeet) or the patient attendant (Mohit was top notch). Would strongly recommend Vcare if you are looking for hassle free experience with skilled and professional staff. No hustling, no over selling and had all the flexibility tailored for our needs at short notice. We were very happy with VCare's service. The administrators and nursing staff have been attentive to every need. They work hard to ensure good care. Our nurse, Rajwindr, is lively, intelligent and easily communicative regarding all of our medical issues and proceedures. Sushmita and Taranjeet Kaur and Promila were attentive and very helpful.

We availed the services of Vcare for a few days, we were impressed by the 3 nurses who came in rotation, Lubana, Rano and Kulwinder. We used VCare service for my Dad in Panchkula. They have really good staff, I appreciate the way staff Ankush Brahman and Gobind Bhardwaj personally took care of my dad. They were very respectful and caring, energetic, God bless them😊. And also appreciate the coordinator Ms. Pramila, who was always available on call and very helpful. I suggest V Care to make their guidelines for the patient’s family and their staff clear and transparent, so that no confusion happen during service. It could have been even better and smoother if organization do some paperwork ready. Again thanks 🙏 to the staff, I mentioned above.
