As a Staff Nurse at VCare@Home, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. You will provide personalized care, assist with medical and daily living needs, and offer companionship, all while delivering the highest standard of service in a home setting.
Our nurses are valued team members. We provide ongoing training, mentoring, and support to ensure that every nurse is confident and equipped to deliver excellent care. All candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
Minimum age: 18 years
High school diploma or GDA certification
Pass a background check
Own a smartphone for clocking in/out via mobile apps
1+ years of experience in home care
Genuine love for the senior community
Excellent communication skills
Reliable and ethical with strong professional integrity
Compassionate and positive attitude
Ability to lift at least 60 kg
Availability for 12-hour shifts (Day/Night/Stay Duty)
Willingness to work ~30 hours per week and travel to different cities as required
Supervising overall care regularly
Assistance with daily living activities
Personal care support
Exercise and mobility assistance
Medication reminders
Maintaining accurate records
Escorting clients to appointments
Companionship and conversation
Respite care support
Assistance with cognitive or mental health challenges
Light housekeeping

A. Salary ranges from ₹19,000 to ₹40,000 per month depending on experience and shift type.
