Job Description

Prepare OT before each surgery, ensuring all required instruments, equipment, and consumables are sterilized and available.
Check the functionality of OT equipment (microscopes, phaco machines, cautery, etc.).
Verify patient identity, consent forms, and pre-operative instructions.
Assist in positioning the patient and preparing the operative site.
Assist ophthalmic surgeons during surgeries (e.g., cataract, glaucoma, retina, LASIK, cornea procedures).
